Today was a busy day around the house cooking, organizing and cleaning, then my daughter that lives out of town called and said that she was coming to Tulsa and wanted to know if we could meet her and her husband to eat at Outback. This was an unexpected surprise!
I didn't take time to exercise today except the pull ups everything I walk by the pull up bar. House cleaning was exercise enough!

Larabar for breakfast with coffee
Lunch chicken sandwich tortilla chips and salsa
Dinner hamburger without the bun and sweet potato fries
