Day 110: Quick Note

Baked cod in a butter sauce with lots of fresh garlic and sliced onions, baked sweet potato and a spinach salad makes a quick and tasty meal. Place sliced onions and pieces of garlic in a baking dish, top with slices of butter or ghee then place cod on top of onions placing more onions garlic and butter on top of fish. Sprinkle with sea salt and pepper. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Enjoy!

My Paleo food consisted of the baked cod for dinner and barbecue brisket for lunch. Mixed nuts and dried fruit for breakfast and coffee. Yes once again I has items that are not considered Paleo and I'm trying real hard to overcome this weakness! Back to Crossfit tomorrow and go see Dr Edwards for more Prolotherapy!
